The service consists of providing tools, reports, and analyses for the collection, processing, and interpretation of organizational data. The goal is to support organizational planning and improvement processes through structured information.

The terms "analysis", "report", "data", and "organization" refer respectively to the process of critical examination of information, the document that summarizes it, the raw information collected, and the client entity using the services.

2.1 Obligations of the Provider (AnalisiReport)

AnalisiReport undertakes to provide the tools and platforms for generating reports and analyses according to the contractual specifications. The company will provide technical support for the correct use of the tools.

2.2 Obligations of the User/Client

The Client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data provided for analysis. The Client undertakes to use the received reports and analyses in compliance with applicable laws and not to employ them for fraudulent or deceptive activities.

• Provide accurate and updated data where required.
• Use the received information as decision support, recognizing that operational choices remain their sole responsibility.
• Keep login credentials for the services confidential.

The reports and analyses provided are informational tools. AnalisiReport does not guarantee specific organizational outcomes, performance improvements, or consequences resulting from decisions made based on these tools.

The service does not constitute binding financial, legal, or management consultancy. The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of the information provided.

• AnalisiReport is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses or damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the direct damage.

The software, analysis methodologies, and report models remain the exclusive property of AnalisiReport. The Client obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for the duration of the service.

The data provided by the Client remains their property. AnalisiReport treats it as Confidential Information and uses it exclusively to deliver the agreed service, in compliance with its Privacy Policy.

Payment terms are specified in the subscribed service plan. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and only for services not yet rendered.

5.1 Suspension and Termination

AnalisiReport reserves the right to suspend access in case of a serious breach of these terms, particularly for fraudulent use or non-payment. Both parties may terminate with notice as provided in the contract.

AnalisiReport may periodically update these terms. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will become effective at the end of the notification period or upon service renewal.
